Opened in May 2016, Autograph Brasserie is the newest addition to Marty Grims' Fearless Restaurant collection. Located in the former location of Peppercorn and George's, the building's rich history and French influence framed the inspiration of a concept Grims' had for over 20 years. Featured throughout the restaurant are over 1000 celebrity autographs, albums, and authentic photographs celebrating those individuals that have impacted popular American culture.    

Executive Chef Ralph Fernandez's contemporary menu is inspired by the flavors and classic dishes from France, Spain, Italy and America. He uses only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Autograph Brasserie serves premium steaks from ranches throughout the Midwest, fresh seafood and hand-made pasta complemented with an impressive wine and specialty cocktail list.  Open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and private parties

Executive Chef
Chef Ralph approaches each menu with creativity and a passion for honoring the simplicity of every ingredient. His desire to use only the freshest and finest items available comes from his love of putting a twist on a classic and blending the unexpected. His culinary creativity has been recognized by the local press including a three bell rating from the Philadelphia Inquirer for his menu at the Moshulu and he has twice been invited to cook at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.

General Manager
General Manager Christian Leo displays his passion for hospitality by offering an unparalleled level of customer service to all that dine at Autograph Brasserie. A graduate of both North Carolina State and West Chester University, he uses his vast knowledge and experience coupled with his true love of the hospitality industry to make sure each guest receives personalized, unforgettable service. He comes to Autograph Brasserie after serving in an array of management positions at the regions finest restaurants. He has been with Autograph Brasserie since opening in May 2016.
